What you can do by telehealth
- Addiction Care & Suboxone (MAT) — follow-up visits, medication management, and ongoing support. Learn more
- Hepatitis C Treatment — most Kentuckians can complete Hep C treatment almost entirely by telehealth, with labs done locally.
- PrEP for HIV Prevention — baseline labs, prescriptions, and follow-up visits, all by video. Learn more
- Behavioral & Mental Health — counseling, therapy, and psychiatric medication management. Learn more
- Primary Care Follow-ups — chronic illness management, lab review, and routine check-ins for established patients. Learn more
Who it’s for
Any Kentucky resident. Telehealth is especially helpful if:
- You don’t live near our Ashland, Grayson, Morehead, or Vanceburg clinics
- You have transportation or scheduling challenges
- You’re managing an ongoing condition and need follow-up care between in-person visits
- You’d simply rather see your clinician from home
What you’ll need
- A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera
- A private space for your visit
- An internet connection
- A Kentucky address (we’re licensed to provide care across the state)
Insurance & cost
Most telehealth visits are covered the same as in-person visits. We accept Medicaid and most major insurance. If you have questions about coverage for a specific service, give us a call.
