Fresh Start Health opened in Ashland in 2018, and our 29th Street clinic remains our largest location. Patients here can see a primary care provider, start medication-assisted treatment for opioid or alcohol use disorder, meet with a counselor, and get psychiatric medication management — without being sent elsewhere for each one. We provide Suboxone, Sublocade, Brixadi, and Vivitrol, plus curative hepatitis C treatment, PrEP for HIV prevention, and routine family primary care.

We serve Boyd, Greenup, and Carter counties, including Catlettsburg, Russell, and Flatwoods. Medicaid, Medicare, and most Kentucky insurance accepted, with a self-pay option. Transportation is available and most services can be provided by telehealth. No referral needed, and no judgment here.
