Hope Morgan, APRN, FNP-BC

Hope Morgan, APRN, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Fresh Start Health Centers in Grayson.

Hope earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner focus from Purdue University Global (2019) and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University (2014), where she was a member of the nursing honor society. She is board-certified in family practice through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (FNP-BC, ANCC) and is licensed in Kentucky and Ohio.

Before joining Fresh Start Health, Hope spent six years at Path Behavioral Healthcare, where she provided primary care, mental health medication management, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder, including buprenorphine (Suboxone). Since 2022 she has also served as a Nurse Practitioner Supervisor, mentoring and training fellow practitioners. Earlier, she worked seven years as a registered nurse and relief charge nurse at Southern Ohio Medical Center and served on the hospital’s nursing standards committee.

At Fresh Start Health, Hope treats both physical and mental health conditions, coordinates care with each patient’s treatment team, and sees patients in person in Grayson and by telehealth. She is known for building trusting relationships and taking the time to make sure patients understand their care.
