About Jennifer
Jennifer Rice, APRN, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Fresh Start Health Centers.
Jennifer is based at our Vanceburg clinic and provides telehealth psychiatric services for Ashland patients. She holds licensure in Kentucky, Ohio, and West Virginia, extending our behavioral health reach across the tri-state region.
Her clinical focus includes psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and treatment of depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and co-occurring substance use conditions. Jennifer previously provided telepsychiatry services at Guidestar Eldercare, giving her deep experience with virtual behavioral health delivery.
